Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we don't run weekend or after-hours service. Leave a message or send the form and we'll pick it up on the next workday. If water is actively coming in, say so and we'll fit you in as early as we can.
I left a voicemail this morning. When should I expect someone to get back to me?
Our aim is to call you back the same day you ring, during our Monday to Friday hours. If you called late in the day or over the weekend, expect a call the next workday. Leaving your address and a short note about the problem speeds things up.
Water's coming into my crawl space right now. What should I tell you when I call?
Tell us water is actively coming in and roughly how much, along with your address. We don't offer emergency or after-hours service, but we'll fit you in as early as we can during business hours. In the meantime, check that gutters and downspouts aren't overflowing next to the house.
I'm calling for an estimate tomorrow. What should I have ready so the call goes quickly?
Your address, the best number to reach you and a sentence or two about what you've noticed are enough. It helps to know where the crawl space access is and whether someone will be home. If you have an inspection report, keep it handy.
I took a few photos of the mess under my house. Is it worth sending them before the visit?
Yes, photos help us know what to expect and what to bring. They won't replace the visit, since we don't give prices without seeing the crawl space in person. Mention them when you call or use the form, and we'll tell you where to send them.
