Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in one of the forms on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and — depending on the form — what you told us is wrong with your crawl space, how urgent it is, and any notes you add.
We also record how you arrived, so we know which of our advertising is working. That means the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you clicked. This is stored in your browser for the length of your visit and sent with your enquiry if you submit one. It is not tied to you as a person until you give us your details.
Our web host records standard server information, including IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the site.
What we do with it
- Contact you about the estimate or the work you asked about.
- Schedule and carry out that work.
- Keep our own records of jobs and quotes.
- Understand which advertising brings us genuine enquiries.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to the customer management system we use to run our scheduling and follow-up, and it is hosted by our web host. Both act on our instructions. If we ever need a subcontractor or supplier to complete your job, they get only what they need to do it.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Where website analytics are enabled, they are used to understand which pages people find useful, in aggregate. The attribution information described above is held in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
Phone calls and texts
When you give us your phone number, you are asking us to call you back about your enquiry, and we will. We are open monday–friday, 9am–5pm. If you would rather we did not contact you again, tell us and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you would like your details removed from our records, contact us and we will do it where we are not required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at Office@waterproofittn.com or 865-503-5483. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor those.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
