These terms cover the website
They apply to your use of this site. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you. If you hire us, that work is governed by the written estimate and contract you sign, and if anything there conflicts with this page, the signed document wins.
What the site is for
This site describes the crawl space work we do and lets you ask us for a free estimate. Everything on it is general information about that work. It is not an inspection, a diagnosis or advice about your particular house — only someone who has been under it can give you that.
Prices shown here
Any price ranges on this site are guidance based on jobs we typically run in East Tennessee. They are not quotes and they are not an offer. Your price comes in writing after we have inspected the crawl space, and it is the only figure that binds either of us.
Requesting an estimate
- Please give us accurate contact details, so we can actually reach you.
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a date.
- By giving us your phone number you are asking us to call you back about that enquiry. We are open monday–friday, 9am–5pm.
- We may decline work that is outside our area or outside what we do.
Warranty
Our work carries a workmanship warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer’s own coverage. The exact terms depend on the scope of your project, and they are written on your estimate before you sign anything. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or adds to those terms.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, submit false enquiries, or use automated tools to scrape or flood it. The text, images and design are ours and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Where we link somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. Service details, coverage areas and price ranges can change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterproofit TN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights under the contract for work we carry out.
